BluePaani is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Shipping time is 2-5 days.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email/message with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

What is the return policy?

There's a 7 day return policy. This means you have 7 days after recieving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition that you received it in.
Does it effect water pressure?

No it doesn't effect the water pressure of your shower. It contains filtration balls that lets water pass by easily.
When will I get my order?

We dispatch your order as soon as possible after getting your order. It usually takes 2-5 days.

When the filter should be changed?

Filter/ cartridge should be replaced after every 6-12 months for best results.
